Paper Mario: The Origami King: Is Luigi In The Game And Can You Play As Him?

Paper Mario is back with a new title.

The Origami King has got many itching to play it.

Something on many people's minds is if Luigi has a role in the game?

Is Luigi In The Game And Is He Playable?

There isn't a huge amount of information around Luigi currently but he is definitely in the game.

On Nintendo's site they state:

"Mario and Luigi receive an invitation from Princess Peach to attend an origami festival and excitedly hurry to Toad Town…but something’s amiss."

As well as this, screenshots have emerged of him in-game during the exact interaction mentioned.

It seems that Luigi will actually have quite an important role.

On the Paper Mario site, if you click Luigi on the 'Along For The Ride' section it says that Luigi wants to help Mario and so he will go hunting for keys to Peach's castle.

We aren't entirely sure what this means, maybe a mini game where we actually can play as Luigi?

Right now it looks unlikely he will be playable, but fingers crossed!
