While stealth is usually an option, there are some occasions where you'll need to reach for your firearm.

The Last of Us Part 2: How to Shoot

As you might expect, L2 is used to aim while R2 fires Ellie's equipped weapon.

To reload, press R2 while Ellie isn't aiming to enable her to load up her weapon with as many bullets as she has.

Ellie can also fire her weapon while prone, offering extra angles for an attack.
