The leaks are here, and they point towards a collab between these two franchises really soon. Not many should be unfamiliar at this point, but Avatar the Last Airbender is a beloved classic that defined many childhoods and continues to do so. Is the Fortnite x Avatar the Last Airbender event confirmed?

According to the leaker, iFireMonkey, several items from Avatar the Last Airbender were found in the official Fortnite APIs. Notably, the Appa glider was the first cosmetic spotted. This means that plans to launch and host the Fortnite x Avatar the Last Airbender crossover are more or less confirmed.

According to the leaker, the Fortnite x Avatar the Last Airbender is meant to be a midseason event, much like the TMNT crossover, for the ongoing Fortnite Chapter Five Season Two. While we don't have the full details on all the skins that'll become available, Aang is the main character of the series, and we can expect him to get a skin for sure. According to the leaks, Aang's skin will be available in the premium track of the Battle Pass, and you can also unlock LEGO Aang.

We might get to see other notable characters, such as Zuko, Toph, Katara, and Azula. We'll have to wait for an official announcement from Epic Games for the rest of the characters to be confirmed.

Fortnite x Avatar the Last Airbender cosmetics

For now, the only confirmed cosmetic is the Appa Glider, which can be unlocked by "collecting six books in-game". We don't know the exact method of collecting these books yet, but they might have to do with the iconic Book of (Element) naming of the story arcs in the 2005 anime. We hope to see other iconic cosmetics and weapons from the ALTA series, such as Aang's airbending glider, Soka's boomerang, and Zuko's dual swords.

In fact, they might even tie in the anime's sequel, The Legend of Kora, and we get to see characters and cosmetics from there as well.
