That ‘available in august’ button is flashing at me every day, teasing me like a cat teases a mouse. I just want to open the bloody decks already. People tend to forget that ‘August’ is a month and I admit, I’m one of them.
We know the Grand Tournament is coming to Hearthstone this month, we just don’t know when. However starting this Wednesday (that’s tomorrow folks) a GLORIOUS Tavern Brawl begins. Blizzard is celebrating the occasion with the launch of The Grand Tournament Match, where no doubt we can get a taste of what it’s going to be like once all these new cards are made available for play. Two potent forces will be available to play with; the first one is the mysterious magician, Medivh, and the second is affectionately called the mistress of the hunt (lock your windows! hide your wives!), Alleria.
Medivh will introduce players to the Inspire mechanic, while Alleria will offer a full cadre of master jousters who no doubt will be able to deal a bucketload of damage.
This brawl will only be available until 24th August so I’m making an educated guess here that The Grand Tournament will be launching after this date. I for one, cannot wait!
