Your first encounter with Scar in Wuthering Waves takes place during Huanglong Chapter 1: Ominous Star. You come across the walking red flag while investigating a village whose inhabitants have vanished and immediately assume that he is the one behind whatever occurred took place in this town. It’s here that the seemingly unhinged Scar tells you the tale of a group of lambs and a duplicitous shepherd.

All Wuthering Waves Scar Answers
After telling you the story, Scar will ask you three questions before he reveals the true ending. Here are the correct answers for all three of Scar's questions:

What price did the lambs pay for their wishes? | Their lives. |
What happened to the black lamb? | It was murdered by its flock and the shepherd. |
After this exchange, Scar will reveal that not only was the black lamb murdered by its flock for speaking the truth, but also that the lambs knew what the shepherd was doing to their kin. They simply chose to ignore his schemes so that they may also have their wishes granted. It is heavily implied that the events of Scar’s story parallel what happened to the village you are investigating.
What Happens If You Give Scar an Incorrect Answer?
Answering Scar incorrectly during this encounter won’t have any real consequences. He will just have slightly altered dialogue as you continue to answer his questions.
On the other hand, giving Scar the correct answers won’t get you anything either. Scar will simply agree with your answers and proceed with giving you the ending.
What Happens If You Attack Scar?
While gathering clues to find out what transpired in the village, you can approach Scar and interact with him. If you decide to speak to Scar during this time, you’ll also get the option to attack him.
Select the “Attack him” option twice and Scar will give you one last chance to back out of your decision. Stand your ground and you will immediately go into the Scar boss fight, skipping the question-and-answer portion of this quest.
