What is Resurgence mode in Warzone?

Resurgence mode in Warzone serves up the same battle royale format but in more digestible portions. Expect to play at a faster pace and for matches to end much sooner compared to the game’s default mode.

One big factor that contributes to Resurgence’s rapid tempo is the smaller maps used in this mode. With less ground to cover, squads will spend more time shooting one another rather than scouting each other out. There are also significantly fewer people in a Resurgence match with about 40 to 50 players instead of 150.

Another notable difference in Resurgence is that respawns are enabled. This allows for a much more aggressive playstyle and is more forgiving for reckless players
