The Day Before release date
The Day Before is set to go into Early Access on December 7, 2023. This is Developer Fntastic’s first big title, so having the game go through Early Access will be a nice way of making sure everything is polished up before the official launch.
Early Access for The Day Before is expected to last for about 6 to 8 months, but this is always subject to change. In fact, the game has already been delayed a few times.
The Day Before was first revealed back in 2021 with a release planned for June 2022. The release date was moved to March 1, 2023 due to moving the game from Unreal Engine 4 to Unreal Engine 5. The release date for The Day Before would be pushed back again due to trademark issues regarding the game’s title before settling on an Early Access launch on December 7, 2023.
The Day Before Platforms
The current plan for The Day Before is for it to launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. However, Early Access is only available for those on PC.
While The Day Before is in Early Access, you’ll be free to explore the game’s open world and fight zombies with other players. Don’t expect a perfect experience though, since the entire point of going through Early Access is to address any bugs and issues along the way.
Once The Day Before leaves Early Access, you can expect the game to get more content like additional items, weapons, and vehicles.
