The first thing you need to do to obtain the Firebrand Barge Blueprint is speak with the Shipwright in Sainte Anne. He’ll tell you about a Corrupt Compagnie Officer in Kaa Mangrove that sells the blueprint you’re looking for.

The Shipwright will direct you to the Coast of Africa to find Kaa Mangrove, but that may be a bit misleading. To get to Kaa Mangrove, travel west from Sainte Anne until you reach Sultain Island.

Once you disembark at Kaa Mangrove, turn right from where you spawn in and you’ll find the Compagnie Officer that the Shipwright told you about. He’ll be the gentleman in the blue jacket and orange pants.

You can buy the Firebrand Barge Blueprint off the Compagnie Officer for 4950 Silver, but he’ll only sell it to you after you’ve reached the Buccaneer Infamy Rank.
