We are getting closer and closer to the new set of Pokemon trading cards, so that's time to learn more about the Pokemon 151 TCG pre-orders, going over its release date and full cards list as well. As yet another celebration of the original Pokedex, the cards released in this set are looking to be pretty powerful. Just expect some incredibly rare grabs.

Not to be confused with the recent reprints of the Base and Jungle sets from the 90s, the Pokemon TCG 151 set features entirely new artwork for the original generation of Pokemon. That's not to say they won't be valuable, but they're more an updated generation one set designed to bring the original roster back into the meta, and to potentially serve as a gateway for lapsed players to come back with the creatures they maybe grew up with.

Pokemon TCG 151 set pre-order details, release date, and card list

As for the release in Japan, the set debuted on June 16, 2023. And right after the cards became available in Japan, it was announced that English cards will be released on September 22, 2023.
