Perks

• Vest: Overkill
• Gloves: Marksman
• Boots: Lightweight
• Gear: Tac Mask

Using the overkill vest with the FTAC Siege will greatly improve your mobility, by increasing your weapon swap speed and allowing you to reload while sprinting. Also, the marksman gloves will enable you to land more shots with the FTAC Siege, as they reduce sway and flinch while you're ADS. Due to its semi-auto fire, you'll need to land as many shots as possible to win gunfights.

Meanwhile, the lightweight boots increase your movement and swimming speed, while masking the noise you make while swimming. This can help you surprise enemies, both with the reduced sound you emit as well as your faster speed.

On the other hand, the flash grenade offers the most useful utility for your tactical equipment pick. You can use your flashes to ambush unsuspecting enemies, or to blind aggressors if you've been taken by surprise. All in all, this makes the flash grenade a very dynamic piece of kit to have at your disposal.

Is the Modern Warfare 3 FTAC Siege meta?

As a pistol, it is highly unlikely for the FTAC Siege to become widely used in Modern Warfare 3.
