How to get the Dragon's Resurgence ability in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
You unlock Dragon's Resurgence for Kiryu Kazuma in chapter eight of the main story, in which he returns back to Yokohama. Once you're there, simply go along with the main story until you reach a boss fight with Jo Amon.
Here, simply follow the story until you unlock the Dragon's Resurgence ability, then lay down some good old-fashioned beatdowns with the Dragon of Dojima.
How to use Dragon's Resurgence ability
The Dragon's Resurgence ability breaks you free from the game's turn-based combat system for a few seconds, instead allowing you to enter the classic Yakuza real-time action brawler combat system for that duration.
You can increase the duration of Dragon's Resurgence by increasing your bonds with party members. Also, it's worth noting that the ability can be used even if Kiryu switches jobs.
In order to activate Dragon's Resurgence you first need to max out Kiryu's Hype. You can keep track of it by monitoring the infinite logo or Hype Meter on the right of his HP.
Once your Hype Meter is maxed out, simply hold the assigned button/key to activate Dragon's Resurgence. In this state, you can use Light attacks, Medium attacks, and Heavy attacks, as well as grabs to combo enemies.
