After reaching Village Level 2, players unlock the recipe for Animal House. This new station added in the v29.30 update is required to recruit an animal in Lego Fortnite.

As a shepherd, you’ll be bringing an animal safely back to your village within a limited time. Ensure an easy ride for the animal and protect it from predators at all costs. Any harm could make an animal leave you behind, forcing you to repeat the process.
When you're back from the journey and the animal is safe, approach Animal House and interact with it. This will assign the animal to your village. You can also select a unique name for your pet from a list of suggested names.
