LEGO Fortnite: How to make planks
Planks are the result of processing Wood at the Lumber Mill. As soon as you have access to it, you can turn Wood into Planks in a 1-to-1 ratio. This is very convenient because you lose nothing and get useful material of a higher level.
How to craft Lumber Mill in LEGO Fortnite
This is one of the first stations you will use, so the crafting recipe doesn’t require much. Here are the resources you'll need:
- Wood x8 - A common resource that can be obtained by collecting branches on the ground or by cutting down trees.
- Granite x15 - Also a common resource, which can be obtained by interacting with small stones to pick them up or breaking larger ones with a pickaxe.
Once the resources are gathered, find the location where you want to place the structure. Next, open the Building Menu, move to the Utility tab, and select Lumber Mill to place it. Before you confirm the building, you will see a holographic model of the structure, and you can choose the place where it will stand. Next, just click the interact button and wait a few seconds for the Lumber Mill to build.
Once that's done, you can now interact with it to see the interface and available recipes. The Planks recipe will be available immediately, so you don't need to do anything else to unlock it.
