The second instalment to the Hellblade franchise sees the titular character Senua embarking on another quest through Viking Iceland, battling inner demons and real-world enemies alike. It appears to follow the first game's focus on Senua's mental struggles with psychosis, but she appears to be far stronger, and far angrier, than in the first game which is sure to make for some brutal gameplay.

Hellblade 2: Senua's Saga platforms

It has been confirmed by developer Ninja Theory that Hellblade 2: Senua's Saga will be available on Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, as well as Game Pass. It will also be available to purchase on Steam from the day of release.

This does mean that PlayStation players may have to wait far longer to get their hands on the game, as we're still waiting on confirmation about the sequel releasing on the Sony platform. This is a relatively surprising turn of events considering the original game was released first on PlayStation back in 2017. It didn't even come to Xbox One until the following year, and the Series S and X consoles had to wait even longer for it.

We'll update this hub with any new information regarding platforms as soon as we get it, so check back with us regularly to find out what console you need to start playing.
