It's worth noting that this GTA Online update isn't related to the weekly content arrivals and changes. The new content is set to arrive on February 22, 2024.

General

• Added capacity for voice chat moderation testing (PlayStation 4 / Xbox One)
• The Rockstar Editor and associated Replay functionality have been removed (PlayStation 4 / Xbox One)
• ‘Vinewood Visionary’ and ‘Majestic’ Achievements/Trophies are now unlockable using Director Mode (PlayStation 5 / PlayStation 4 / Xbox Series X | S / Xbox One)

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that resulted in players crashing when using voice chat (Xbox One)
• Fixed an issue that resulted in voice chat not functioning after switching accounts while in game (Xbox One)
• Fixed an issue that resulted voice chat icons not displaying correctly after changing Voice Chat setting to On (PlayStation 4 / Xbox One)

All in all, the GTA Online February update contains a handful of changes. They may not be as significant as many expected, but they're bound to prevent any crashing for Xbox players and will give players a chance to earn an additional Achievement or Trophy in Director Mode.
