Many have been counting down the days to the launch of GTA 6 as it’s been over a decade since the last mainline title in the franchise was released. There’s no doubt that millions of players around the world are already set on getting Grand Theft Auto 6, it’s just a matter of where and how to get a copy.

Is GTA 6 available on Game Pass?
At the time of writing this guide, it is still too early to tell if GTA 6 will be on Game Pass. The game was announced back in February 2022 and its first trailer was released in late 2023.
The GTA 6 trailer gave everyone a nice little peek at the game’s graphics, characters, and story, but it also revealed that it is set to come out sometime in 2025. Plenty of announcements should roll around as we wait for the game’s launch including its status on Game Pass.
While Grand Theft Auto 6 coming to Game Pass is definitely a possibility at some point down the line, don’t expect it to be on the service on day one. The series is so big that Rockstar Games is all but guaranteed to make bank with the release of a new mainline GTA title at full price.
