How to get Refinium in Granblue Fantasy Relink

Refinium is required for all your weapon level uncapping needs in Granblue Fantasy Relink. Once you start levelling your weapon, it can go up all the way to level 150. However, there is a level cap and it needs to be unlocked a total of six times. That's when you're going to need to know how to get different rarities of Refinium.

Initially, you will need Standard Refinium which can be used to uncap your weapon's level up to level 50. However, in the latter stages of Granblue Fantasy Relink, you will need the rarer and more elusive Quality Refinium. How to get Standard Refinium

There are a couple of different methods to get Standard Refinium early on in Granblue Fantasy Relink.

Complete counter quests

Certain counter quests that you unlock will have Standard Refinium listed as part of the first-time clear rewards. You might want to add it to your Wishlist and keep on the lookout for those quests. To make sure you're up to date, check back at the quest counter after every Episode.

Complete Saga boss quests

While it's not explicitly listed in the drops, Saga boss quests where you revisit your fights against the Primal Beasts have a chance of dropping Standard Refinium. Once you defeat the Primal Beast, one of the three chests it drops has a low chance of giving you a piece of Standard Refinium. Do note that due to it being chance-based, this can take a bit of grinding.

Complete side quests

Side quests you find across Folca and Seedhollow can both reward you with Standard Refinium. Be on the lookout for side quest markers and interact with people in need. Seedhollow in particular has multiple quests that give Standard Refinium.

How to get Quality Refinium

You will not get Quality Refinium from the main story and side missions until you defeat ID in Episode 8 of Granblue Fantasy Relink. However, there is a way to circumvent this requirement.

Collect Trophy rewards

You might not have noticed but the trophies you collect inside the game have rewards associated with them. To collect these rewards you need to open the menu and head into Lyria's Journal. From here head into the trophies section and scroll through them till you find a Trophy quest that rewards either Standard Refinium or Quality Refinium.
