The Midnight Scythe Pickaxe made its debut a few months ago in Chapter 4 Season 2 of the game, along with a handful of other unique scythes. Although the Midnight Scythe carries the default Scythe hit effect, the color is a reskin unique to the trusty old Fortnite item. Truth is, there are three different versions of this pickaxe.
- The Sunfall Scythe – a Japan-exclusive item was all the hype a few months ago.
- Dawning Scythe made its appearance but currently, there are no leads on how to obtain that.
- The Midnight Scythe remains the most easily obtainable exclusive scythe in the game as of now and here is how you can get one.
How To Claim The Midnight Scythe Pickaxe
In order to get the Midnight Scythe Pickaxe in Fortnite, you will have to buy a physical V-Bucks card and then redeem it on the official Epic Games website between March 18 and April 14, 2024. Remember to redeem your V-Bucks card in between the given promotion period or else you might miss the Midnight Scythe pickaxe.
When you redeem these cards, you'll receive fresh V-Bucks in addition to the Pickaxe. These can be used to purchase anything in the Item Shop other than real-money bundles or to unlock the Battle Pass and Festival Pass.
