Capcom's latest IP Exoprimal is taking players to the year 2040 in a high-tech, intense battle of eras. Harnessing the abilities of highly advanced armour called Exosuits, the objective is to survive the hordes of dinosaurs in teams of five. In this article, we will explain how unlock Exosuits in Exoprimal.

The game features ten different Exosuits, each with its own unique traits and abilities. For those who purchase the Deluxe edition of the game, these will all be available immediately. However, for those with the standard edition, you will first need to fulfil some criteria to unlock the Nimbus, Vigilant, and Murasame Exosuits.

Which Exosuits are locked at the start of the game?

Those who purchase the Exoprimal's standard edition will have access to seven of the ten suits but can earn access to the three locked Exosuits after logging some hours in the wargames. The three locked player options at the game's launch are the Nimbus, Vigilant, and Murasame Exosuits.

The Nimbus Exosuit is a member of the Support class and operates as both a soldier and a medic. Their primary weapons are handguns which are interchangeable, called Mars and Apollo. The Mars guns can be used to dispatch foes with some serious firepower, whereas the Apollo guns can heal and repair comrades just as effectively.

The fourth Assault class option, the Vigilant Exosuit is the perfect choice if you are a fan of playing the recon or sniper role in shooting games. The suit's weapons favour picking off dinosaurs and hostile Exosuits from a distance. This suit's weapon is one of the more powerful firearms with the capability of charging up the projectile for an even more devastating attack.

The final locked character is the Murasame Exosuit. This suit is similar in style to the Zephyr, but it is more heavily armoured as a member of the Tank class. With an overall look and weapon reminiscent of Japanese Samurai, the Murasame can slice, dice and cut through any dino crazy enough to get in its way.
