Diablo 4 Twitch Drops are set to launch on June 5, and you can earn free loot by watching your favourite content creators. Blizzard Entertainment has also announced its Support a Streamer Program ,which you can be a part of to get the Primal Instinct Mount by subscribing to partnered channels.
There will be four weeks of rewards up for grabs, so make sure you log in to Twitch weekly to grab your loot. From trophies to weapon recolours, there are a total of ten Diablo 4 Twitch Drops up for grabs from the campaign.
How to get Diablo 4 Twitch Drops
The Diablo 4 Twitch Drops will be available for an entire month. You can get fresh rewards every week, so do tune in weekly to get all of the drops. To link Diablo 4 to Twitch, here’s what you need to do:
- Head to the Diablo 4 directory on Twitch.
- If Diablo 4 Twitch Drops are active on a channel, streamers should have a “Drops Enabled” tag.
- You can also check out the official list of partnered streams, which features hundreds of streamers to choose from.
- Head to the Twitch Connections page and link your Battle.net account or you can sign into your Battle.net account here and connect it to Twitch.
- After watching a partnered stream for the required amount of time (3-6 hours), you will receive your Twitch Drops.
Earned Twitch Drop rewards will expire seven days after they’ve been claimed if a Battle.net account has not been linked.
When do Diablo 4 Twitch Drops release?
The first batch of Diablo 4 Twitch Drops will be available from June 5, 5 PM PT to July 2, 11.59 PM PT. After that, it operates on a weekly schedule with new rewards.
Here are all of the items that will be available during the promo period!
Week 1: June 5, 4 PM. PDT to June 11, 11:59 PM. PDT

- Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword Weapon Recolors
- Matron-Sigil Coffer
- Progenitor Favor Back Trophy
Week 2: June 12, 12 PM PDT to June 18, 11:59 PM PDT
- Azurehand Spell-Slinger Wand Weapon Recolor
- Hellrune Tabernacle Back Trophy
Week 3: June 19, 12 AM PDT to June 25, 11:59 PM PDT
- Azurehand Head-Cleaver Weapon Recolor
- Font of the Mother Back Trophy
Week 4: June 26, 12 AM PDT to July 2, 11:59 PM PDT
- Azurehand Skull-Crusher
- Matriarch’s Mantle Back Trophy
From June 5 to July 2, you can also show your support for eligible Diablo 4 creators by gifting their channel two Twitch subscriptions (any tier) to get the Primal Instinct Mount.
