To find and open the Metro Ticket Office Safe in Dead Island 2, you need to search the underground facility behind the ageing clinic in Hollywood Boulevard. This is done by completing the main game, so don't expect to get in as soon as you find it.

You can find the Metro Ticket Office Safe by walking through the turnstiles in the metro section below Hollywood Boulevard. The safe will be in the ticket office behind a mag-locked door.

You won't be able to find the zombie that has the key, though. So don't bother trying if it's your first run. There are a couple of steps you need to follow first to find the key.

Make sure you take the "Hollywood Ending" final main quest. As the credits roll when the game ends, you'll be respawned in the ageing clinic safehouse. Head back into the underground facility and you'll find the Metro Ticket Taker Slobber special infected zombie by the corridor.

When you kill this zombie, you'll be able to collect the Metro Ticket Office Safe key from its body. You can then head back into the metro tunnel toward the ticket office and destroy the mag lock panels on the walls. Once the mag-locks are destroyed, you'll find the safe low on the ground next to the desk. Open it up to claim the Cremator Claymore reward.
