To unlock the TEC-9 in COD Mobile, you will need to reach Tier 21 on the Season 3 Vintage Vigilance Battle Pass. The Battle Pass is a way to earn rewards by playing the game and completing challenges. You can also purchase the Premium Pass to get more rewards and a 10% boost to XP.

Thankfully, this weapon belongs to the free version of the battle pass, so you can get it without spending any credit points. But you still have to earn a lot of battle pass XP to unlock it. That’s why you should do the daily challenges and event missions. They will help you get the TEC-9 faster, as they usually give you a huge amount of XP when you finish them.

Finally, it's worth noting that the Season 3 battle pass is only valid for a month, so hurry up and claim TEC-9. You have to spend 220 CP to unlock all the premium rewards in the battle pass.
