Looking for info on the COD Mobile Season 3 release date? The developers of Call of Duty are gearing up for the launch of the third seasonal update, which will feature fresh content for battle royale enthusiasts.
Although the official patch notes for the update haven't been announced yet, Activision has thankfully given us a detailed overview of all the new content coming along with the COD Mobile Season 3 update. So, without any further delay, here's everything you need to know about the next season.

When does COD Mobile Season 3 release?
COD Mobile Season 3, also known as Vintage Vigilance, is launching on March 13 at 5 PM PT. If you want to know when the release will happen in your time zone, check out the list below for all the regions:
- 5:00 pm PDT
- 8:00 pm EST
- 1:00 am BST
- 2:00 am CET
- 4:00 am AST
- 5:30 am IST
- 8:00 am BJT
- 9:00 am JST
The servers will stay online as usual, but you should know that the COD Mobile “Vintage Vigilance” update will be made available a few days earlier, so you can download the update files in advance and start playing the new content as soon as possible.
What's new in COD Mobile Season 3?
According to the official Call of Duty blog, players can get their hands on the following new features and content once the Season 3 update releases:
Vintage Vigilance Battle Pass
The Season 3 Battle Pass has free and premium items, such as new Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, and more Call of Duty Points (CP) for your next Premium Pass or Store buy. Get rewards like the TEC-9 SMG from Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War in the free Battle Pass Tiers this season.
Other free Tier goodies include different Camos, Weapon Blueprints, and the SP-R 208 – Desk Job at Tier 50. Buy the Premium Pass to get all the content in the Vintage Vigilance stream.
New weapon and Operator skill
- Tec-9 SMG: It's a semi-auto weapon that offers improved accuracy with minimal recoil and a high damage output at the midrange.
- Havoc Operator skill: Activate the ability to create an area of effect that jams the enemy’s radar and disables placed Equipment within its radius.
New Multiplayer Map: Cheshire Park
Cheshire Park is a medium-sized map that debuted in Modern Warfare 2019. It has a classic three-lane design with a fancy fountain and courtyard in the middle. The nearby streets and alleys pass by high-end places, the sun going down in the night sky. The dense urban layout offers plenty of tactical options when chasing your foes.
New events
Contraband Chase
Join the thrilling chase for hidden cargo and score points by delivering it safely. Unlock amazing rewards such as the Vivian Harris — Battle Docent and RUS-79U — Dead Letters Weapon Blueprints.
Spring Easter Hunt
Embark on a festive mission to collect Hammers and smash Easter Eggs. Each normal Easter Egg gives you one point, while each Lucky Egg gives you two points. Watch out for Bomb Eggs that take away one point. Exchange your points for awesome rewards like the GKS — Curious Kitten Weapon Blueprint.
New Seasonal Challenges
Earn Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Battle Pass XP, and more by completing new Seasonal Challenges and Events. Also, get health and ammo boosts with the improved Vulture Perk.
Improved Vulture Perk: The Vulture Perk now lets you heal and start health regeneration, as well as collect ammo when you walk over an ammo bag. This feature will help you play more boldly as you quickly heal up and move on to the next battle.
