How to find the amulet of lost voices

To find the amulet of lost voices, you'll first have to head to the Overgrown Ruins. You landed next to the ruins following the crash of the illithid ship. Complete a DC20 sleight of hand check on the locked door to gain entrance to the ruins.

Once inside the ruins, you'll need to make your way through a couple of chambers, to a room with a large stone statue in the centre. Make your way to the left of the statue, and at the back of the room your party will trigger a passive perception skill check.

Upon any success in this perception check, a button will be revealed to your party. Pressing the button will cause several undead warriors to reanimate and fight your party. However they're easily beaten, particularly by any character holding a blunt weapon.

Alternatively, if you struggle to overcome the skeletons, you can loot their bodies of their weapons before they come to life. When the button is pressed, they will rise without any weapons except for their fists, making the fight a breeze.

Once you've dispatched the undead soldiers, make your way to the now-revealed hidden room, which contains a coffin and a chest. Within the chest, you'll find the amulet of lost voices itself. Meanwhile, the coffin contains an intriguing and integral NPC for your adventure.
