How to find the crossbow in Alan Wake 2?

The Alan Wake 2 crossbow is found in the Local Girl mission, the fourth chapter in playable character Saga's story. During this mission, she'll speak with the Koskela brothers about getting the key to her trailer. Following that, she continues to walk along a hiking path towards Coffee World.

Along this path, you'll have to deal with Taken Throwers, one of the various enemy types in Alan Wake 2. After dealing with them, head to a hidden path to the left at the top of the hill, which is only visible once you climb up a rock. There you'll spot a Hunting Shack, with a Cult of the Tree stash lurking outside. This is where the Alan Wake 2 crossbow can be found.

How to get the crossbow in Alan Wake 2

By that Cult of the Tree stash, you'll see a combination lock and a note. This details that the code for the lock has recently been changed, keeping the crossbow safely inside.

Look to the right of the stash, and you'll see numbers emblazoned on targets for bow-and-arrow training. Some of the numbers have arrows shot through them, while others don't. You'll want to look at the quantity of arrows shot into each number: the number with one arrow in it, the one with two in it, and the one with three in it.

If you look for these specific numbers, you'll get an overall combination of 527. Therefore, the crossbow combination in Alan Wake 2 is 527.

Then, simply input that code into the stash box to unlock the crossbow and add it to your inventory. You'll also get the Greatest Hits trophy for your troubles.
