Best AFK Journey Artifacts

In addition to a team of strong heroes, you will need suitable Artifacts in AFK Journey. Getting them is not very difficult, although it is time-consuming. However, it is much more difficult to choose the right one for your team.

Artifacts are spells that can either work automatically or after you fulfil certain conditions. But despite the different effects and buffs, each of them can significantly strengthen your team.

What are the best AFK Journey Artifacts?

As of April 2024, there are only 6 Artifacts available in AFK Journey. Each one is unlocked as you progress in the game, so you don't have to worry about not being able to get the best ones.

However, the most effective Artifacts become available, of course, quite late in the game. And let's have a closer look at each of the AFK Journey Artifacts, ranked from best to least useful.

Starshard Spell

Every time after using 4 Ultimates of your allies, Starshard Spell creates a flame wave that deals damage to all enemies and significantly reduces their ATK SPD. It is great for Arena battles and boss battles. At higher levels, this Spell triggers after 3 Ultimates, and also gives bonuses to the stats of all heroes:

• HP +10.2%
• Haste +4.8

Confining Spell

Unlike the previous Artifact, Confining Spell triggers itself in AFK Journey. The first time this happens is 3 seconds after the battle starts, and then repeats every 12 seconds.

The Spell damages two enemies in the back and stuns them for a short time. As a result, you can easily get rid of enemies on the back line almost from the beginning of the battle. At higher levels, your Spell cooldown is reduced, and you get several bonuses:

• HP +7.8%
• ATK +6.6%

Awakening Spell

This Artifact spawns Radiant Life after 5 seconds from the start of the battle and then every 10 seconds. Radiant Life heals the three heroes with the lowest HP.

It is mainly suitable for teams that focus only on dealing damage and do not have a healer. At higher levels, you will be able to heal up to 4 heroes and receive stat bonuses:

• Physical and Magic DEF +26.4%.
• ATK +4.2%.

Enlightening spell

With this Spell, your back hero will significantly increase ATK SPD for 15 seconds and also gain control immunity. It is a niche Artifact, as others bring much more value to the team. Although at higher levels the Spell's effect will become slightly better, it is still not very effective. Stat bonuses:

• HP +11.4%
• ATK SPD +7.2

Blazing spell

The Artifact attacks the weakest enemy with a fireball every 5 seconds, causing moderate damage. It can only be useful if you have no alternatives. Otherwise, it is not worth attention, even considering the bonuses:

• Physical and Magic DEF +13.8%
• DEF Penetration +7.8

Ironwall spell

The last one on our list is Artifact for Tank Heroes in AFK Journey. From the beginning of the battle, this Spell significantly increases the Physical and Magic DEF of your frontmost hero until the end of the battle.

Also, every 12 seconds, this hero will receive a shield. However, once the hero is defeated, your entire team will have a hard time. After upgrading the Artifact, the effect can be transferred to another frontmost character, but no more than once per battle. So, it is also only suitable for certain teams. As for stats bonuses, you get:

• Vitality +9
• Haste +6
