PC players will be able to overcome this by heading to their firewall to see if GTA.5.exe has been blocked and unblocking it to make the game playable again.
On PS4 and Xbox One you have to reconfigure the console’s network DNS to make GTA Online playable again.
Make the primary DNS 22.214.171.124, while the secondary DNS should be 126.96.36.199, which is fairly easy to do if you’re used to your console.
