With many long-term lovers of The Witcher 3 deciding to return to the game in order to check out last month’s free next-gen update, the streets of The Continent are bustling with more life than they’ve seen in a good while.

Those jumping back into the body of the white wolf on PC might have noticed that modders have been hard at work altering and adjusting some of the fresh content added by the update, such as its armours and medallions, to suit their own liking.

In addition to these fresh works, a lot of the uber-popular mods that you might already have in your load order have been receiving the necessary updates to work with the newest version of the game, with the latest being one that’s a must-have for fantasy fashion-lovers.

Sick of being unable to impress the fashionistas of Novigrad while playing some next–gen Witcher 3?

The mod in question is called ‘Leather Headbands (Next-Gen)’ and is the work of modder darkezowsky, whose previous work has mainly focused on providing Polish translations of popular Cyberpunk 2077 mods.

This time, they’ve decided to provide a next-gen update to fellow modder Karpfenfrosch’s very popular ‘Leather Headbands’, which provides the white wolf with a selection of 15 headbands to wear.

Inspired by sections of Andrzej Sapkowski’s Witcher books which reference Geralt rocking such garments, the headbands can be bought from an array of different merchants throughout The Continent, with their quality changing depending on your level.

They also come in an array of colours, ensuring that no matter whether you’re after a red one to compliant your white tiger of the west set, a streak of verdant green that’ll match the naturalistic vibe of the armour of a thousand flowers or a fluorescent yellow band to bring some colour to the Netflix-inspired forgotten wolf school gear, you’ll be catered for.

Also, if you’re after a hairstyle that’ll work well with your new accessories, you could take Karpfenfrosch’s recommendation and grab Feregorn’s ‘Geralt Cinematic Hair Next-Gen Edition Compatible’.
