That'll be headed by The Evil Within 2 director, John Johanas. During this interview, Mikami mentioned that "right now John is in the middle of working energetically on a new game" as he spoke to Spencer.

Spencer replied that younger talent in the gaming industry is something to look forward to, especially in the creative scene. He said:

“One of the things you and I have talked about is the importance of young people in our industry, bringing new voices onto our creative teams, and hearing from a new generation of creators."

Aside from Johanas, another notable talent in Mikami's roster of new-gen creatives include Ghostwire: Tokyo's director, Kenji Kimura, whom he described as a "young creator who is working hard and doing his best as a director."
