The land of Skyrim is home to a lot of shifty folks living a life of crime, from hardened killers to loose change thieves and even terrifying teabaggers.

While getting in and amongst these nasty individuals might be your goal if you’re aiming to be a bit of a bad guy or girl yourself, for those who aren’t so inclined, investing in a skilled bodyguard to protect you and your belongings might be pertinent.

So, before you pack your bags and move to Riften permanently, you might want to install a new mod that’s just checked into the Nexus hotel.

The mod in question is called ‘John Wick - Standalone Male Follower’ and is the work of modder MichaelMoje, whose previous work includes adding a bunch of other famous followers to the game including Eowyn from The Lord of the Rings, the Hitman series’ Agent 47, and She-Hulk.

Now, however, they’ve used their modding powers to bring everyone’s favourite Keanu Reeves-portrayed boogeyman to Skyrim, complete with all of the talents that’ll make him just as dangerous as ever in the upcoming John Wick 4.

Naturally, this means his combat style is that of an elite assassin, with Mr Wick possessing several perks, including silence and assassin’s blade, that’ll make him a formidable force no matter whether you decided to stick with his default ebony armour or give him something more formal to wear.

So, for example, if you decide to give John some swanky clothes for your wedding, because yes, you can marry him, don’t worry if a bunch of angry exes show up on the big day.

First of all, though, you’ll have to find him at Whiterun’s Drunken Huntsman and recruit his services, which might involve signing an official contract for the bigwigs at The Continental to approve.

One optional extra in this deal could involve Wick’s appearance, with MichaelMoje recommending that you download another mod, traa108’s ‘Tempered Skins for Males - Vanilla and SOS versions’, in order to make him look as pretty as possible, meaning you might want to make sure that box is ticked before you shake on the deal.
