Neopets Could Be Coming To The Nintendo Switch

The report comes by way of Shannon Liao of The Washington Post, who (alongside colleague Elise Favis), worked on a report on the death of Flash-based games and how they would be preserved going forward.

In the report, Neopets Brand Manager Stephanie Lord discussed the possibility of the game coming to Nintendo Switch in an effort to "modernize the product and expand its audience".

The franchise has previously been available on PS2, Nintendo DS, PSP, and Windows, following its Flash-based origins.

Honestly, it sounds like a match made in heaven given the Nintendo Switch's current library of relaxing titles like Animal Crossing, and the animal-raising nature of games like Pokemon. Could Neopets find a middle ground?

We'll update this story if and when we hear more.
