One of the biggest additions to the game is the Daily Trials mode.

Mojang's blog post states it will "make wild changes to the game mechanics which provide difficult, experimental, or fun challenges for you to overcome".

There will also be new merchants which can be added to your campsite.

The merchants can be found across different biomes and when rescued they will come to your camp to sell to you.

These merchants include the Blacksmith (who upgrades items) and the Gift Wrapper (who allows you to send gifts to other players).

Minecraft Dungeons is available on Xbox Game Pass for PC and Xbox One.

A physical version of the game, including two DLCs, has also been announced.

The Hero Edition releases September 8th and will be available on Xbox One, Switch, and PS4.
