It's been a long while since we've heard anything about Lost Soul Aside. Developed by UltiZero Games, it was first announced five years ago with a tentative 2018 release date, but ended up going quiet, before the team announced it'd be re-appearing at today's ChinaJoy press conference.
However, two days ago, IGN posted an exclusive reveal, revealing 17 minutes of brand new footage. Visually reminiscent of Final Fantasy XV and featuring gameplay inspired by Devil May Cry, this offered us a close look at both combat and some stunning cutscenes.
Lost Soul Aside PS5 Version Confirmed, And You Can Watch 17 Minutes Of Gameplay Footage Now
But the news hasn't stopped there. Previously confirmed for PS4, UltiZero Games has revealed via Twitter that a native PS5 version is joining it, stating: "We are happy to officially announce today that Lost Soul Aside is also coming to PlayStation 5. We hope you look forward to [the] game and we appreciate your continued support"
Unfortunately, we still don't have a release date for either version. However, considering the information blowout we've received this week alone, we'd hope that isn't too far away.
