Lies Of P Is Pinocchio Meets Bloodborne

Round8 announced Lies of P, a dark fantasy tale with some similarities to Bloodborne, in August 2020, though there was little information about the game for long after. Now, Round8 released the first Lies of P trailer, with a more detailed look at what players can expect once it releases (thanks, GameInformer).

The gameplay trailer showed some of the alpha footage that's heavy on gothic vibes, as well as some of the spooky settings, areas such as the abandoned houses and sinister, shadow-covered trees.

Lies Of P Gameplay Trailer Is Now Released

Lies of P puts players in control of Pinocchio. Yes, that Pinocchio, the puppet boy who just wants to be real and apparently has a giant sword now. He's also able to use magic, and it looks as though the little boy that could has some deadly fights ahead of him. Fortunately, the puppet has plenty of weapons at his disposal too, including swords, a hookshot, and even an axe.

Lies of P is set to be released in 2023 for the PS5, Xbox Series X.S, and PC platforms. Make sure to follow us for more gaming news and updates as it happens.
