Marvel’s Wolverine was a pretty well-kept secret until recently after the Insomniac leak revealed pretty much everything about the Marvel video game. While development on the game has not been finished, we now know the cast and characters who will be here, so fans weary of spoilers should beware.

Fans can check out the game’s full cast in various places, like the Gaming Leaks subreddit. There are a ton of characters that are going to be in Logan’s first major video game in years, but here are the major roles:

  • Liam McIntyre as Wolverine/Logan
  • Kelly Hu as Tyger Tiger
  • Nicole Pacent as Mystique
  • Debra Wilson as Callisto
  • Raphael Korkhill as Omega Red
  • Brett Gipson as Sabretooth
  • Troy Baker as Mr. Sinister
  • Krizia Bajos as Jean Grey

Jean Grey is a major spoiler for Marvel’s Wolverine since she is one of the most well-known X-Men. What makes her inclusion even more interesting is that she’s the second playable character here, giving fans some variety when this game comes out.

Insomniac will be using Wolverine as a jumping point, as the company is also working on a full-fledged X-Men game after. With Wolverine scheduled for a 2026 release, we could be getting X-Men in 2030, presumably having similar mechanics for Logan and Jean.

Considering the nature of these leaks, there’s no doubt that all of this is happening and it’s too late to stop any of it. Granted, some fluff might be removed and a couple of these characters might get nixed, but we’ll have to wait for the final results. As it stands, we’re sure that favorites like Sabretooth and Mystique will stay, since they're essential to a mainstream Wolverine story.

Before the reveal of Marvel’s Wolverine, the character hadn’t had a solo game since the decent movie tie-in to X-Men Origins: Wolverine. However, the hero did appear in team-based titles like Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3.
