Season One for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is in full swing.
As players continue to grind through the Battle Pass and reach the coveted Master Prestige level, players are continuing to encounter bugs and glitches that are putting a premature halt to their fun.
The latest issue to be spotted in Black Ops Cold War is to do with the VTOL scorestreak.
Here’s everything we know about the bug.
VTOL Scorestreak Glitch
Reddit user Thirdgens37 posted the bizarre bug that they experienced when using the VTOL during a multiplayer match on Raid.
Costing 7000 score, the VTOL is one of the strongest scorestreaks in Black Ops Cold War. The VTOL gives players the ability to pilot a fighter jet above the map and unleash an unrelenting wave of bullets and missiles onto the action below.
As seen in the video above, the glitch stops players from moving around when piloting the VTOL, making it a very easy target for the opposition to destroy.
The VTOL joins the H.A.R.P as the latest scorestreak to be deemed useless by the community
Will It Be Fixed?
It is currently unclear as to when this particular bug will be fixed.
Since the release of Black Ops Cold War, developer Treyarch has been quick to rectify other bugs that have appeared in the first few months of the game cycle, and it’s more than likely that the developer will be acting fast to implement some form of fix.
With hotfixes and minor updates going live on a regular basis, it is likely that this issue will be addressed in the not-too-distant future but if you don’t want to encounter this bug, it’s probably best to select another scorestreak from the arsenal.
