How To Get A Fortnite Support A Creator Code

Epic's Support A Creator (SAC) was the original way to support your favorite online personalities by using their code in the in-game store.

A portion of each sale while using a creator's code would go directly to them.

It was around years time since Epic closed their SAC applications, as they were updating the system entirely.

Now, the applications have now reopened, and you may be wondering how to get a code.

Here's how!

SAC 2.0

Announced via a tweet from the FortniteStatus account, SAC is back!

Great news, Fortnite Fam!

Support-A-Creator 2.0 will be rolling out over the next few months Here’s what you can expect, along with info for new applicants, in our blog:

Along with the tweet, here is what Epic had to say in their blog post!

Beginning November 30, prospective Creators can once again apply for program membership using a revamped application page. Anyone who has previously submitted a Support-A-Creator application that is either pending review or has not been approved will also need to re-apply on this date.

Once your Support-A-Creator 2.0 application is approved, your Creator Code will be automatically generated based on your current Epic Games display name. If your display name contains any special characters other than an underscore (_), dash (-) or dot (.), we’ll remove them and add randomly assigned numbers to the end of your new Creator Code (this is to make sure it is typeable and unique).

In the coming months, current Support-A-Creator members will need to migrate their accounts to Support-A-Creator 2.0. These Creators will receive notifications within the portal and via email when it is time to begin the migration process. Creators will then be asked to review the new Support-A-Creator Creator Agreement and provide updated social media, tax, and payment information. Alternatively, for those Creators who do not wish to upgrade to Support-A-Creator 2.0, there will be a separate process to receive a final payout (if one is due) and leave the program.
