Fortnite: Since it’s 2020, Discovery Channel’s Shark Week will premiere on Party Royale’s Big Screen

Discovery Channel’s Shark Week kicks off August 14 on television, but Fortnite players can catch the first episode early in the virtual realm of Party Royale. What a year it’s been.

“Ready to witness shark-infested waters? Dive down to Party Royale’s Big Screen and watch as Dr. Austin Gallagher uncovers the mystery of a 14-foot tiger shark’s attacker,” Epic said in a blog announcement. “It could be an unknown species of mega-shark—or even a cannibalistic tiger shark.”

Beginning Monday, August 10, at 2 p.m. Eastern, you can catch the Shark Week premiere at the top of every hour. Party Royale will be streaming it for 24 hours straight, so you really can’t miss it if you happen to be playing Fortnite on Monday.

If you’re looking to really get into the spirit of things, you can also grab a few shark-themed items from the in-game item shop starting on Sunday, August 9.
