How to Craft Pistols in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6?

Epic Games ramped up the mechanics in Fortnite Season 6 by introducing crafting. It's easy to craft weapons, provided you have all the necessary items.

Throughout the season, you've probably seen a lot of challenges that require you to craft weapons. The Fortnite Season 6 week 12 challenges aren't any different either. You need to craft pistols to complete one of the Fortnite Season 6 week 12 challenges.

How to craft pistols in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6?

The crafting mechanic in Fortnite is as easy as it gets. All you need to do is head over to your inventory and select the weapon you want to craft.

But first, you need to get your hands on a makeshift revolver in the game. These pistols are available as common floor loot. You'll have a higher chance of coming across these makeshift revolvers in areas like Sweaty Sands and Colossal Crops. These two areas are really rich in floor loot, so there's a high chance you'll get the makeshift revolver here.

Once you've got yourself a makeshift revolver, you will need to get your hands on some animal parts or mechanical parts. Mechanical parts can be harvested from cars all around the island, while animal parts can be harvested from the animals found on the island.

On the contrary, you can purchase mechanical parts and animal parts from different NPCs around the island.

As soon as you've collected all your parts, you need to find a quiet spot and start crafting yourself the pistol. While the revolver is very accurate, it has a slow rate of fire. On the other hand, the primal pistol has a higher rate of fire, but then again, it loses out on accuracy.

Crafting a pistol successfully will help you complete this Fortnite Season 6 week 12 challenge. Not only that, but you will also receive a decent amount of XP as a reward for completing this challenge.
