February has now hit, and it appears Fortnite is in the season of events and cups.
A brand new event has now been found within the game files and it is apart of a brand new collaboration between Marvel and Fortnite.
Yes, you head it right! Flash will be coming to Fortnite and he will be getting a brand new cup to go along with the release of this skin!

Dates
While Epic has not posted full details regarding the event, iFireMonkey has noted the event is going to take place on February 10th, 2021!

Want to get The Flash… faster?
On February 10, we’re celebrating The Flash in Fortnite with a The Flash Cup, a Duos tournament. Dash into the Battle Bus with your Duos partner and play up to 10 matches in a 3-hour window. The top-performing Duos in each region will unlock The Flash Outfit and the Speed Force Back Bling before they’re in the Item Shop!
Game Mode
iFireMonkey has also noted that the event is going to be the Duos game mode!
Flash Skin
Since this is a cup centered around the new Flash skin, we can assume some of the top placers within the event are going to earn Flash skin free of charge.
The bundle is going to include the following:
- The Flash Outfit: Enter the battle as Barry Allen.
- The Speed Force Slashers Pickaxe: Lightning strikes twice with this dual-bolt Pickaxe.
- The Speed Force Back Bling: Display The Flash’s electrified emblem.
- The Quick Bite Emote: Grab a light(speed) snack.
Item Shop
The Flash Cup will be your first chance to earn the new skin, but the skin will be available for purchase within the item shop beginning February 13th, 2021!
Expect a price point of around 1500 Vbucks to 2000 Vbucks for the skin!
