Lil Nas X In Awe Of His Fan-Made Fortnite Icon Series Skin

Fortnite never shies away from a good collaboration. The sheer number of stars out there makes all collaborations an impossible ordeal, but then again these collaborations can be extremely beneficial for both parties.

That being said, we all know about Lil Nas X, a world famous artist who has managed to make their way onto BillBoard's Hot 100. He's had a successful run this far, and his tracks "Industry Baby" and "Montero" are huge hits.

Keeping his success in mind, D3NNI_YT, the popular Fortnite artist, created a special render of how the Lil Nas X Fortnite Icon Series skin would look like!

Before we go ahead, we would like to remind everyone that this is still a fan made skin. There hasn't been any official word from Epic Games about the same.

D3NNI came up with different styles for Lil Nas' skin as well. There were individual renders for the "Industry Baby" style and the "Inferno" style.

These skin renders sent sparks throughout the Fortnite community. Not only that, these renders received an approval from Lil Nas X himself. The musician took to Instagram and Tik Tok to give these skins and their creator a shoutout.

This isn't the first time D3NNI has been making Fortnite skin concepts. They've been at it for a while now. In fact, one of their skin concepts was made into a skin bundle back in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5.

The Oakwitch set was pretty popular amongst the community, and was recently seen in the Fortnite item shop once again.

That being said, there's no official word on any collaboration between Lil Nas X and Fortnite. However, it's not impossible either.

We could probably end up seeing a Lil Nas X Fortnite concert in a couple of months. And if that concert happens, Lil Nas X is bound to get his own Fortnite skin.
