How To Merge Your Accounts In Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 For PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, Mobile And Nintendo Switch

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 is coming soon and if like many Fortnite players you have access to a few platforms, why not merge your accounts?

Unfortunately, we have some bad news - this function is no longer available.

How To Merge Your Accounts In Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7

Thanks to Sony steadfastly refusing to allow cross-play for so long, you might have multiple accounts to play the popular free-to-play battle royale on multiple platforms.

Thankfully, the platform holder has now allowed players on multiple platforms to play together, and Epic had helpfully created a page to help you merge your PlayStation account to your Xbox, Switch, PC and Mobile accounts.

From September 2018 until May 2019, Epic Games offered players the option to merge two Epic Games accounts that met specific criteria. This was offered for players who created multiple accounts on different platforms before cross-play was available in Fortnite.

Account merging ended in May 2019. Now, there is no way to merge 2 Epic Games accounts.

If you want to connect an Xbox, PlayStation, or Switch account to a PC account, go to the Account Linking section on your main accounts page to do so.

That means you’ll have to settle on one account to use as your primary one and risk relegating your earned (and paid for) content to a secondary account.
