New Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Trailer Confirms Return Of The Fort Condor Mini-Game

We're just over a month away from Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade launching on PS5. Previously released last April on PS4, Intergrade goes beyond a standard next-gen port by offering a new DLC chapter, based around Yuffie Kisaragi, and we're slowly getting further details.

While we're already aware of new features like Weiss appearing as a secret boss and a photo mode - not forgetting improved framerate and resolution - Square Enix has just released a new "Final Trailer". As you can imagine, this trailer does include several spoilers, but also revealed a surprising new detail.

New Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Trailer Confirms Return Of The Fort Condor Mini-Game

In the original PS1 release, Fort Condor was found not far from Junon, offering a real-time strategy minigame you could visit on multiple occasions. Based around a Mako Reactor, this rebel fort is continuously under siege by Shinra, who aim to take the Huge Materia within.

Now, it's worth noting that it doesn't appear we'll be actually visiting Fort Condor this time around - not yet, at least - but it appears to be remaking that minigame, presenting it like a board game. With Intergrade launching on June 10th, we haven't got long before we can try it out ourselves.
