FIFA 22 Ratings: LaLiga Best 11 Confirmed

LaLiga is in the spotlight this evening, as EA continue their staggered release of the FIFA 22 ratings.

There will be no Lionel Messi or Sergio Ramos for the El Classico this year, with both now plying their trade in Paris with PSG.

But who has taken over the pair at the foot of the LaLiga ratings this year? Here is the best LaLiga XI you will be able to build on FUT 22.

GK - Jan Oblak (91 OVR)

Jan Oblak remains the top-rated goalkeeper in FIFA for a second consecutive year.

The Slovenian was a key part of the Atletico Madrid side that upset all the odds by picking up the LaLiga crown last year.

LB - Jordi Alba (86 OVR)

The first member of the back three is Barcelona mainstay, Jordi Alba.

Alba is entering his 10th year with the Catalonian club but remains the best left back that the league has to offer, with EA keeping him at an 86 OVR for a second year in succession.

CB - David Alaba (84 OVR)

Sergio Ramos may no longer be at the Bernabeau, but in David Alaba Real Madrid have got one of Europe's most prolific centre backs.

An 84 OVR is enough to leave Alaba top of the tree as far as LaLiga centre backs are concerned.

RB - Dani Carvajal (85 OVR)

Dani Carvajal has been the top-rated right back in LaLiga for a number of years now, and that remains the case in FIFA 22.

That being said, the Spaniard will no longer be a walkout when it comes to Ultimate Team, after seeing his rating reduced from an 86 to an 85.

CDM - Casemiro (89 OVR)

Casemiro often goes under the radar compared to other standout midfielders in Europe, but EA Sports are well aware of his quality.

The Brazilian holding midfielder has retained his 89 OVR from FIFA 21, and will undoubtedly be highly sought after in FIFA 22.

CM - Toni Kroos (88 OVR)

Another player who has seen no chance as far as their rating is concerened is veteran central midfielder, Toni Kroos.

The Real Madrid man is unlikely to be a popular pick due to his underwhelming pace, although you'll struggle to find many better passers of the ball in FIFA 22.

CM - Luka Modric (87 OVR)

Luka Modric's Real Madrid contract will expire at the end of the season, but with a modest 87 OVR to his name, we're sure there will be plenty of potential suitors lined up.

The Croatian boasts a versatile set of stats that is headed by 89-rated passing and 88-rated dribbling.

CM - Frenkie De Jong (87 OVR)

Frenkie De Jong was arguably La Liga's best midfielder last season, so it should come as no surprise to see a healthy upgrade heading his way prior to FIFA 22.

The Dutch midfielder will be a walkout for the first time in his FIFA Ultimate Team career, with an 87 OVR that highlights his position as one of LaLiga's strongest midfielders.

ST - Sergio Aguero (87 OVR)

Kicking off the front three is Barcelona newbie, Sergio Aguero.

The former Manchester City man is flying the flag for Argentina at the Camp Nou this season, and despite a downgraded rating, he remains in the top three forwards that LaLiga has to offer.

CF - Karim Benzema (89 OVR)

Karim Benzema was one of the most prolific strikers in world football last season, earning himself a recall to the French national side as a result.

Depsite this, EA have opted to keep the Real Madrid man at an 89 OVR for FIFA 22, with his 86-rated shooting a little harsh to say the least!

ST - Luis Suarez (88 OVR)

Completing the squad is Atletico Madrid's newly upgraded striker, Luis Suarez.

The Uruguayan lead the goalscoring charts for Atletico en route to their LaLiga triumph, leaving EA with no choice but to upgrade him to an 88 OVR ahead of release.
