FIFA 21 is a good game for the most part, giving players the chance to control some of their favorite teams and unleash some sick kicks as you try to get the goal.
That being said, the game does have a ton of microtransactions, as it makes players open packs with goodies and makes them pay or play for more of them.
FIFA 21: How To Get Icons
You’d hope going through these packs would be optional but that’s one of the ways you’re going to get the FIFA 21 Icons, which are some of the best players you can get.
Getting FIFA 21 Icons can be a tricky affair; we already mentioned having to open packs and praying to the football gods for them but there are two other ways to get them.
One of the better gameplay methods to get Icons is to complete Icon Swap SBCs, which has players complete certain objectives with rewards you can trade for Icons.
These are more fulfilling, though you will likely have to change your ideal team up so you can fulfill the objectives.
Lastly, the easiest way to get FIFA 21 Icons is to straight up buy them from the Transfer Market.
You’re going to need a lot of coins just to get one Icon so you better start saving up or take the plunge and buy some coins.
This is one of the many reasons why the game faced some heavy criticism despite some solid gameplay and a good single-player campaign.
FIFA 21 is available now on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
