Rodrigo Moreno

Release Date: 5th April

With a solid weak foot upgrade on his normal card, taking him to 5* weak foot, Rodrigo is a decent striker to consider picking up if you have a strong La Liga setup in FUT.

With strong Spanish links in the league, as well as some interesting Valencia players to link to in FUT, Rodrigo can easily fit into teams and will be a deadly attacker.

SBC Requirements:

  • SQUAD 1: Spain Players: Min 1 | IF & TOTW Moments Players: Min 2 | Squad Rating: Min 85 | Team Chemistry: Min 75
  • SQUAD 2: La Liga Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 86 | Team Chemistry: Min 70

To view SBC solutions, you can visit FUTBIN.

Estimated Cost: 250K - 350K

Similar Players:

In La Liga, if you’re looking for a 5* Weak Foot attacker, the only decent alternative you have is Luka Jovic, who only has 3* Skill Moves.

Outside of La Liga, close competition comes from Wissam Ben Yedder, who’s not much more expensive, and also offers the same WF/SM combo as Rodrigo.

Worth It?

If in the market for a La Liga attacker, Rodrigo is certainly a good option, even if slightly on the pricier side for an untradeable SBC.

Being available for the rest of the year, you have the option to wait and see what TOTS brings before deciding to commit to getting him.

Steven Bergwijn

Release Date: 2nd April

The first FUT Birthday SBC that’s available for the rest of the year, Bergwijn comes in with 5* weak foot as well as his 4* skill moves.

With a big upgrade to his shooting, and his first upgraded Spurs card, this is a very good SBC to consider getting done throughout the rest of the FUT cycle.

SBC Requirements:

  • SQUAD 1: Spurs Players: Min 1 | IF & TOTW Moments Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 85 | Team Chemistry: Min 75
  • SQUAD 2: Premier League Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 87 | Team Chemistry: Min 65

To view SBC solutions, you can visit FUTBIN.

Estimated Cost: 325K - 425K

Similar Players:

The best comparison to Bergwijn has to be the FUT Birthday Allan Saint-Maximin, who’s almost 1 million coins more expensive.

Despite having 4* skills, instead of 5* the stats on both cards align very well, with both wingers having 5* weak foot.

Worth It?

For the price, and the level of card you’re receiving, it’s hard to advise against getting Bergwijn completed at some point this year.

Wait for the mid icon SBC to expire if waiting to purchase cards for SBCs, as they’re a little inflated.

Angelo Ogbonna

Release Date: 29th March

A Flashback to his 2017/18 Season, Ogbonna certainly has some very desirable card stats with his 87 pace and 89 defending, 88 physical combinations making him a scary centre half.

SBC Requirements:

SQUAD 1: Italy Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 85 | Team Chemistry: Min 75SQUAD 2: Premier League Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 85 | Team Chemistry: Min 75SQUAD 3: IF & TOTW Moments Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 86 | Team Chemistry: Min 70

To view SBC solutions, you can visit FUTBIN.

Estimated Cost: 350K - 450K

Similar Players:

In the Premier League, the best comparison to 88 Ogbonna would be Future Stars 87 Tomori, who also has a very high pace stat, along with solid defending and physical attributes.

Outside of the Premier League, Headliners 89 Varane is probably the closest alternative.

Worth It?

With the amount of top quality CBs in the game this year, it’d probably be best to look elsewhere than Ogbonna.

Look to invest your coins into attackers, or wait until Team of the Season for some even better centre back options.

Arturo Vidal

Release Date: 16th March

A Flashback to his dominant 2012/2013 season, Vidal is one of the best box-to-box CMs in La Liga with this new card.

Being available for the rest of the FUT cycle, he’s one that should definitely be considered for completion.

SBC Requirements:

SQUAD 1: Barcelona Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 85 | Team Chemistry: Min 75SQUAD 2: La Liga Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 86 | Team Chemistry: Min 70SQUAD 3: Squad Rating: Min 87 | Team Chemistry: Min 65

To view SBC solutions, you can visit FUTBIN.

Estimated Cost: 450K - 600K

Similar Players:

Being an all round CM, the closest comparisons that can be made in La Liga would be to his fellow Barcelona teammate, Frenkie De Jong, who’s TOTY item ticks all the boxes in midfield.

Vidal is obviously far cheaper, so if you’re in need of a La Liga CM that can do it all, he looks to be your man.

Worth It?

Vidal is 100% good value for money, especially if you can lower the cost over time through any high rated untradeable pack pulls you get via SBCs or untradeable rewards.

In La Liga, box to box CMs are a rarity, meaning Vidal is a good pickup.

Alex Sandro

Release Date: 8th March

Player Moments Alex Sandro’s SBC celebrates his 2011 CONMEBOL Libertadores win, and is one of the end game LBs you can look at getting in FIFA 20 Ultimate Team.

Stacked with top tier stats and with links to TOTY De Ligt and Ronaldo, he’s one of the most desirable full-back items this year.

SBC Requirements:

  • SQUAD 1: Brazil Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 86 | Team Chemistry: Min 75
  • SQUAD 2: Serie A Players: Min 1 | In-Form Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 86 | Team Chemistry: Min 70
  • SQUAD 3: Squad Rating: Min 86 | Team Chemistry: Min 75

To view SBC solutions, you can visit FUTBIN.

Estimated Cost: 450K - 600K

Similar Players:

Being one of the most end game LBs in FUT, it’s difficult to draw many comparisons to other players.

Headliner 89 Telles and TOTY 94 Robertson look to be the closest alternatives, however, if you’re looking for a Serie A LB, or links to TOTY CR7 and TOTY De Ligt, Alex Sandro is by far the best option.

Worth It?

Absolutely. While you may find some quality Serie A LBs released through Team of the Season, it’s doubtful that any will get strong links to the popular Serie A TOTY items that make it into a lot of top tier end game teams. Sandro is a must complete if you’ve got the coins!

Sergio Ramos

Release Date: 29th February

Celebrating his volley from RB against Mallorca in the 2008/09 La Liga season, Sergio Ramos offers tonnes of flexibility in defence with the ability to play as both a RB and CB in-game.

SBC Requirements:

  • SQUAD 1: Real Madrid Players: Min 1 | In-Form Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 86 | Team Chemistry: Min 70
  • SQUAD 2: La Liga Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 87 | Team Chemistry: Min 65
  • SQUAD 3: Spain Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 87 | Team Chemistry: Min 60

To view SBC solutions, you can visit FUTBIN.

Estimated Cost: 500K - 700K

Similar Players:

There really aren’t many players I’d say are similar to Sergio Ramos in that they can alternate between the RB and CB duties naturally.

This card is truly unique, and one of the best defensive cards in La Liga this year.

Worth It?

If you can complete him for closer to the 500k mark, this card is brilliant value, with many players opting to put him in at CB as opposed to RB.

He is due a TOTS item, so perhaps wait to see how expensive that item is, but if you can complete Ramos easily, I’d say go for him!

Leroy Sane

Release Date: 21st January

Celebrating his decisive goal against Liverpool in the 2018/19 season, Player Moments Sane is up there as one of the best Premier League and certainly one of the best German wingers in FUT 20 this year.

With 99 pace, he’ll be a handful to defend and is a perfect player to work towards.

SBC Requirements:

  • SQUAD 1: Germany Players: Min 1 | In-Form Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 84 | Team Chemistry: Min 75
  • SQUAD 2: Man City Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 85 | Team Chemistry: Min 70
  • SQUAD 3: Premier League Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 86 | Team Chemistry: Min 65
  • SQUAD 4: Squad Rating: Min 87 | Team Chemistry: Min 60

To view SBC solutions, you can visit FUTBIN.

Estimated Cost: 350K - 550K

Similar Players:

An easy comparison to this Sane card would be Sadio Mane, who shares the high pace, high dribbling, good quality shooting/passing and physical traits.

I’d argue Mane is slightly better suited to playing on the left, thanks to his ability to cut inside onto his stronger right foot.

Worth It?

Sane is one of the SBCs I’d look to give a miss, just because there are slightly better options available that fit the FIFA 20 meta.

I’d look to spend on other wingers such as Mane/Bergwijn, that have the ability to cut inside from wide onto their stronger foot.

Eden Hazard

Release Date: 11th January

The first non-expiry SBC of the year, this Player Moments Eden Hazard SBC celebrates his solo league goal against West Ham United for Chelsea in the 2018/19 Premier League season.

While expensive, this is an end game card that, if you can work towards, will improve your team in FUT massively.

SBC Requirements:

  • SQUAD 1: Chelsea Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 86 | Team Chemistry: Min 70
  • SQUAD 2: Belgium Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 87 | Team Chemistry: Min 65
  • SQUAD 3: Premier League Players: Min 1 | In-Form Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 87 | Team Chemistry: Min 60
  • SQUAD 4: Squad Rating: Min 88 | Team Chemistry: Min 55
  • SQUAD 5: Squad Rating: Min 89 | Team Chemistry: Min 55
  • SQUAD 6: In-Form Players: Min 1 | Squad Rating: Min 89 | Team Chemistry: Min 55

To view SBC solutions, you can visit FUTBIN.

Estimated Cost: 1.5M-2M

Similar Players:

A top tier, end game item for sure, Eden Hazard has very little competition in La Liga teams, easily being the best LW item in the game, and will probably still hold that spot once TOTS rolls around. Outside of La Liga, TOTY 97 Mane would be the closest alternative.

Worth It?

Hazard certainly isn’t cheap, currently costing closer to the 2 million coin mark due to the mid icon SBC being available currently.

It may be best to wait for that to expire, or wait for other LW alternatives to become available before considering completing Hazard’s SBC.
