The Best Shooting Technique

There's always one shooting technique that trumps the others in every FIFA, this year it is no different. However, it has become much more difficult to execute, this year's go to move is the 'driven-finesse shot'. Krasi really recommends you try this manouvre out as it is very difficult for the keeper to reach and stop.

How To Perform This

Xbox One - RB + Shoot, then tap LB + RB

PlayStation 4 - R1 + Shoot, then tap L1 + R1

You want to be aware of how much power you're putting into, he recommends 2-3 bars of power depending on how far out you are. You do not need to time your finish.

Watch the full tutorial below and get some tips and tricks on how to implement it into your game.

Timed-Finishing

Timed finishing has been adjusted in FIFA 20, where last year a green timed finish was possible within a 2-4 frame window it has now been reduced to 2 for all shots. Ultimately, it has become much more difficult to execute and score. It also becomes less useful as there are other techniques that are just as effective. However, that doesn't mean it doesn't have its uses and there is the correct time to perform it.

How To Perform This

To perform a timed finish you need to press the shoot button twice. Press it once to set the power and the second to activate a timed finish.

You need to press it for a second time when your player's foot is in the air, after the back swing and starting to swing forward.
