Fallout 76: How to Save

Fallout 76, unlike other, offline Fallout titles, relies on autosave. It'll kick in whenever you quit the game, so to be on the safe side we'd recommend heading to the Map, then Menu, and then 'Quit Game'.

It'll also save after fast travel, so if you've teleported back to a settlement, you're safe.
