European eSports team, Fnatic, have achieved great success with their Indiegogo campaign to bring professional quality gear to the scene.
The month long crowdfunding campaign was fully funded on December 15th and greatly surpassed their original goal of $133,700.
Fnatic’s campaign to bring simplicity, comfort, and reliability to eSports equipment earned a whopping $229, 593, which equates to 171% funded with a total of 789 backers supporting them. The team took care in designing an initial line up of products including: The FLICK Optical Gaming Mouse, RUSH Mechanical Keyboard, BOOST Hard Mouse Pad, and the FOCUS Cloth Mouse Pad.
The perks for backers are scheduled to ship as early as January 2016, but the campaign was set up with Indiegogo’s In Demand option. In Demand keeps specific reward tiers available for those who are late to the party or those unable to contribute at the time of the initial campaign.
