Dying Light 2 doesn't have a release date yet, despite having been intended as a 2019 and then early 2020 game.
While the developer has shot down talk of the game's alleged development woes, fans will undoubtedly be itching to get their zombie parkour fix.
Here's everything we know about pre-ordering the game, as well as what's included in each version.
Dying Light 2 Pre-Order Bonuses
Currently, there are no bonuses or rewards for pre-ordering Dying Light 2, most likely as there is no concrete release date.
The original game placed a PvP multiplayer mode behind a general pre-order bonus, which is highly unlikely to be the case this time around.
Dying Light also prompted pre-orders with retailer-specific weapons and cosmetics, which we expect to be the case this time around again.
Dying Light 2 Editions
At this time, no editions have been specifically mentioned other than a standard edition. If a collector's edition was to arrive, we can expect bonuses such as a Dying Light 2 figurine, developer artwork, strategy guide and even extra in-game cosmetics and weapons.
It's becoming more common for enhanced versions of games to feature a season pass or download codes for future DLC.
The standard edition will set you back £49.99 or $59.99 if you're in the US.
So far, only a standard edition is available to pre-order from these outlets:
- Amazon US (PS4)
- Amazon US (Xbox One)
- Xbox Store (Pre-Order Unavailable)
- PlayStation Store (Pre-Order Unavailable)
- Argos (PS4)
- Argos (Xbox One)
- GAME (PS4)
- GAME (Xbox One)
- Steam (PC)
Dying Light 2 DLC
So far, no plans for DLC have been announced but it wouldn't be a shock to see Techland produce a season pass of content or additional content along the way.
Depending on how much content is included, will affect the price of the season pass and DLC. Expect something in the £20-50 mark.
